This year we are again taking part in the the Link to Hope appeal.
Our annual Link to Hope shoe-box collection will be on Saturday, 16th November when we pack up the boxes on that day. Boxes, and items to go in shoeboxes, can be brought to the Michael Church from Tuesday 12th November to Friday 15th
The Link to Hope Shoebox Appeal provides shoeboxes for both families and the elderly in Romania, Moldova, Ukraine and Bulgaria and is a Christian charity which believes in sharing love with those in need regardless of background, colour creed or religion.
Unlike many other shoebox appeals, the Link to Hope scheme collects boxes for entire families and for the elderly, so nobody is left out. You can either choose to pack a whole shoebox yourself or purchase items in bulk to be packed into shoeboxes at The Michael Church.
Please note, each shoebox requires a £3 donation to cover the cost of shipping. This can be paid online, by BACS, or by cheque or cash attached to the outside of the shoebox. (Gift aid forms are available on request at drop off.)
