Joint Pentecost Worship

There is a joint service to celebrate Pentecost at Central URC at 2pm

This is the ‘Preach with a View’ service that will be led by the candidate for the vacancy. It is for all the churches in the Team Pastorate. Please make every effort to attend and listen and share in this service. There will be refreshments afterwards and a chance to chat.

There will then be a joint church meeting of all the members of the Team Churches. At this meeting will will talk about and discuss the candidate and following that discussion there will be a secret ballot to see if we wish to call the candidate, that is to invite them to join the Team Pastorate as our new minister. Only church members present can vote, and a majority of over 80% is required to enable a call to be made.
